If goods have been damaged in transit customer is to photography packaging prior to opening. Contact the number below for return and replacement of goods. Returned goods must be accompanied with an RA Number.
Customers change of mind is not covered under the returns and refund policy and if a product is accepted for return, this will be at the sole discretion of SCS representative a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged. Return Shipping is to the customer's account.
All equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer's warranty but will not cover incorrect installation, reverse polarity or incorrect voltages applied to the equipment. Also for Camera installation, the water proof connector jacket must be installed to prevent water ingress.
